Within every woman there is a wild and natural creature, a powerful force, filled with good instincts, passionate creativity, and ageless knowing.

Hello and Welcome to Wild Soul!
I'm Laura Hegle.

I'm an author and editor, fiber artist, drum and rattle maker, and I have a passion for manifesting joy. I find inspiration for my creations through travel, nature, and my relationship with the divine feminine.
Many days you can find me writing, tending my garden, manifesting a drum or rattle, or creating a quilt on my 1936 Featherweight Singer sewing machine. When I'm not out exploring the world, I make my home in a sweet little cottage in the Cascade Mountains of Northern California.

My site is currently in a construction phase, so do visit again soon to see pictures of my drums and rattles, and to check out my blog. Meanwhile, if you'd like to discuss the commission of a custom drum or rattle, get in touch.
